Meetings and Contributions to Nanonites
  • Me and my group had a Team Minutes where:
    • I wrote my own design idea pitch on Fused Deposition Modelling based on my Reader Response for the Minutes
    • Pitched to my group on the advantages and disadvantages of the feasibility, desirability and viability for my proposal to use Fused Deposition Modelling as the main focus of our project
    • We chose Wastewater Management (Nanobubbles) as the research topic
  • I supported my group to work on the problem statement ideas using Ideal, Gap and Goal
  • Our group met with Mr James Chow, the founder of AquaPro Solutions at Yamazaki Mazak Singapore. We did the following there:
    • How AquaPro Solution’s aQua+ Nanobubble Generator works and see the machine up and close at Yamazaki Mazak's shop floor
    • What are the current challenges that AquaPro Solutions face with the Nanobubble Generator
    • Interviewed Mr James Chow to get any other necessary information that we can use for our Tech Report and Presentation
  • Me and my group meet up on Discord several times to work on our Tech Report and Presentation
  • I helped to create the Presentation slides on Canva
Report Individual Contributions
  • I created the formatting for my group's Tech Report in the form of:
    • Headings
    • Table of Contents
    • References
  • I wrote the following sections for the Tech Report: 3. Benefits and 6. Conclusion
  • Using the PEEL format, I implemented this structure to help me write the individual Benefits in the Tech Report
  • ChatGPT is utilized to aid me to work on the structuring of the PEEL formatting for the Benefits of the Tech Report, ensuring that there is a flow in the sentences.
Research
The following online tools were used to do research for both the Tech Report and Presentation:
  • Google Search Engine 
    • Searched for various websites that describe Nanobubble Technology such as Moleaer and AquaPro Solutions to read up on how this technology works
    • I used the various keywords to search up for citations on Benefits for the Tech Report:
      • Automated Process: "mechanical skimmer"&&"remove impurities in water"
      • Enhanced Nanobubble Performance: What are nanobubbles
      • Resource Efficiency: Benefits of water conservation during treatment process
  • ChatGPT 
    • I used ChatGPT to provide me suggestions on the three Benefits of our Proposed Solution for our presentation which will later be used for the Benefits in the Tech Report.
    • With the help of ChatGPT, I was able to find suggestions on prompts to use in Google Search Engine to find my citations.
